In the ancient spiritual city of Varanasi, where art, culture, and devotion have flourished for centuries, a young child has added a new chapter to the city’s proud legacy. Trishant Priyavrat, just 5 years and 21 days old, has stunned audiences with his extraordinary musical talent by becoming the youngest child to play the Indian National Anthem on the piano. His remarkable achievement was officially recorded on 25 January 2026, marking him as one of India’s youngest musical record holders.

At an age when most children are only beginning to explore music, Trishant displayed an incredible ability to understand melody, rhythm, and finger coordination. With confidence and precision, he performed “Jana Gana Mana” on the piano, captivating everyone who witnessed the performance.

Trishant’s performance demonstrates not only his talent but also his discipline and love for music. Learning piano requires hours of practice, hand coordination, and the ability to remember musical patterns—something truly remarkable for a five-year-old.

Trishant Priyavrat’s achievement is more than just a record—it is a celebration of patriotism, dedication, and musical brilliance. His tiny fingers playing the powerful notes of the national anthem symbolize how talent can shine regardless of age.

As he continues his musical journey, many believe that this young pianist from Varanasi is only at the beginning of an inspiring career. With passion, practice, and support, Trishant could one day perform on some of the world’s biggest stages.
